Our masts are approved and tested to MIL STD 810F. They are in use with many armed forces around the world. We can supply our mast systems packed in military grade soft cases, with fully illustrated manuals and operating instructions.

Extra heavy duty Jigs and fittings built to within 2 millimeter specs, calibrated weekly using laser measurements, overhauled yearly with major checks/corrections every 3 months

Every component is measured after tacking, after welding and after the paint process for accuracy and cross squared

After product is totally completed QA then checks for, bolt tightness, alignment, square and operations

All changes in design are drawn and approved before change takes place

Performed by 3 rd party Engineering firm CORE ONE Engineering (this ensures real reporting) This ensures the integrity of design and wind load reporting

Service and Maintenance of units will be in the operations manual in ENGLISH Maintenance items are monthly, quarterly and yearly, performed with simple tools and come with checklists
